Teamio Reviews connects to your practice’s Google Business Profile so you can manage your Google reviews without leaving Teamio. When you connect your profile, you sign in with Google and grant Teamio access using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage permission. Teamio uses this access to:

• Show your Google reviews in your Teamio dashboard in near real time
• Reply to reviews directly from Teamio, whenever you choose to
• Generate review links that make it easy for your patients to leave a Google review

You stay in control: connecting is optional, and you can disconnect your Google Business Profile from Teamio at any time — which revokes Teamio’s access and removes your cached review data.
