Step 1 (optional): Schedule Demo
We like to do this over Zoom, so we can better understand how your current processes are.
During the demo, instead of focusing on Teamio’s features, we’d rather focus on your concerns/questions regarding how things run in your office and then cater the demo to solve and address those concerns!

Step 2: Schedule Onboarding / Installation of our Sync Software on your server
Time required: 30 minutes
The Calendly link to schedule the Onboarding will be sent to you via Email.
To help the installation process, we use a tool called AnyDesk for connecting remotely. It’s a pretty straight forward install: (https://anydesk.com/en). Click the green “Free Download” button. Follow the link and just download it on your server where Open Dental is installed.
Once you open the downloaded exe file, on the left side you see an option that says something like “install on this machine”, go ahead and click that and you’re set.
So when we’re on the phone, all you have to do is give us the id that’s on your screen, we’ll enter it on our side and we’ll be connected.
As long as you can remote into your server from home or anywhere else, and approve our request to connect remotely via AnyDesk, you should be good to go!
